UCR offers orientation programs specifically designed for new incoming freshman and transfer students.

Orientation is critical as you begin your academic career. Students who attend are far more prepared and aware of how to navigate the university. Be sure to attend!

The Dean's Mandatory Orientation is required of all incoming students and is held prior to the start of classes in the Fall.

Bear Facts Orientation is designed for freshmen. Students select one of several sessions offered in July/August.

Bear Tracks Orientation is offered for transfer students and is held in September.
